The review

Show us what you can measure today.

The Metrics Review is an initial systems conversation about the path between new inquiry and next meaningful business outcome.

What we may look at

  • Inquiry sources
  • Forms
  • Phone / missed-call visibility
  • Response timestamps
  • Calendar events
  • Appointment types
  • CRM stages
  • Follow-up ownership
  • Show / no-show handling
  • Unresolved inquiries
  • Source attribution
  • Downstream outcomes

What the meeting is for

  • Understand what the business currently measures
  • Identify obvious blind spots
  • Understand where data is disconnected
  • Determine whether TQP can help build better operating visibility

What it is not

  • A formal written analytics audit
  • A custom dashboard build
  • Free implementation
  • Custom benchmark research
  • CRM migration
  • Data warehouse work

What happens after the review

The Metrics Review is a conversation, not a deliverable. Its purpose is to understand the current setup, identify obvious measurement gaps, and determine whether implementation support makes sense. If it does, the actual build — connecting forms, calendars, CRM, notifications, and reporting — is a separate engagement, scoped and agreed only if there is a clear case for it.

There is no obligation from the review. Some businesses leave with a clearer picture of their own gaps and fix them internally. Others want the operating infrastructure built for them. Both outcomes are fine — the review exists to make the path visible, not to sell a project.

How to prepare

  • Be ready to walk through how inquiries arrive today (calls, forms, referrals)
  • Know which tools you currently use for phone, forms, calendar, and CRM
  • Bring any reporting you currently rely on, even if it is informal
  • Think about which step of the path you feel most blind to

Who the review is for

The Metrics Review is for owners and operators of service businesses who already generate inbound demand — calls, forms, referrals — but cannot clearly see what happens between the inquiry and the appointment. If you know how many calls you get but not how many become appointments, or you know your calendar is full but not how many appointments actually show, the review is aimed at that gap.

It is not for businesses that need more leads. Front Door Metrics does not do lead generation, paid ads, or SEO. It is for businesses that already have demand and need to see whether that demand is making it through the front door — and where it is leaking out.

What you leave with

Every business leaves the review with a clearer picture of its own measurement gaps — which steps of the operating path are visible today and which are blind. Some businesses take that picture and fix the gaps internally. Others want the operating infrastructure built for them, which is a separate engagement scoped and agreed only if there is a clear case. There is no obligation either way. The review exists to make the path visible, not to sell a project.

The review is a conversation, not a deliverable. There is no written audit report, no custom dashboard, and no benchmark research produced from a single call. What you get is a shared understanding of where your measurement system is today and what it would take to make the operating path visible — whether you build it yourself or with help.
